Will has over 20 years experience in the lloyd’s Insurance market first learning the business Bloodstock Claims Broking. Following that a placing broker and then moving into business production at the same time constantly working on all aspects of the business. Will has enjoys working on niche and hard to place business and most importantly enjoys close friendships with all in the market that make it a privilege to be a Lloyd’s broker.

Will took over ownership of Bond Broking and Consultancy Ltd in March 2024 and then shortly after rebranded as Bond Re.

Will is a keen polo player, horse breeder and racing enthusiast. Other hobbies include golf, tennis and travel.

Nick is passionate about driving progress and efficiency through a holistic approach to solving problems. He has a long track record of successfully managing complex undertakings in austere and high-risk markets across Africa and the Middle East. After a varied career in the U.K. military, spanning nearly 18 years, he founded, led, scaled and sold Belstone Dart International - a risk management, communications and logistics company operating primarily in Somalia. In addition to his role as Head of Bond Global Risk Solutions, he is also CEO of Praetorian Group (www.praetoriangs.com) - delivering expeditionary services globally.
